As a MaMHCA Certified Clinical Supervisor (MCCS), I provide supervision in the state of Massachusetts for mental health clinicians:
Quality supervision goes beyond simply meeting licensure requirements; it can be a transformative learning experience. Support and guidance are imperative for clinicians to navigate the complexities of the counseling profession and realize their full potential as a compassionate and effective therapist.
Through reflective dialogue, case consultation, and skill-building exercises, you will be empowered to explore your clinical identity, deepen self-awareness, and embrace your own authentic therapeutic style! Together, we'll celebrate your successes, work through challenges, and continue to hone your skills to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Please contact me to find out more about consultation and supervision fees. Meetings take place in Arlington Center or on Zoom (HIPAA-covered).
I am also able to provide group supervision for mental health organizations, agencies, and training programs.
I am a graduate of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. I describe my approach as collaborative and eclectic, which includes evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, and DBT, just to name a few. I value bringing warmth and empathy to the supervisor/supervisee relationship, and I’ve been told that I have a grounded presence and ask "really good" questions.
I have experience working with diverse clients across the lifespan, and utilize a social justice lens as a practitioner and a supervisor. As a former director within a community agency that serves youth, adults, and families, I have also served at multiple levels of the mental health field, and have provided clinical supervision to individuals and groups.
Self-care advocacy is an intention I carry with me to multiple arenas, including supervision, and I am committed to my own learning and development.
