Individual Psychotherapy

$195 per session

Group Psychotherapy

Cost specific to the group focus and offering

I accept payment via cash, check, debit or credit card, HSA or FSA card, and other contactless payments the day of each session.   

I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, as well as Lyra Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP).  Insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs for psychotherapy services vary based on your individual insurance plan and benefits.

Out-Of-Network (OON)

If I do not accept your insurance, I can assist you by providing documentation required to seek reimbursement (when applicable).  You must contact your insurance company to verify if your plan includes reimbursement for out-of-network individual and/or group psychotherapy services.

The Loveland Foundation Therapy Fund

I also accept therapy vouchers from The Loveland Foundation, a fund that provides financial assistance to Black women and girls.

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand.  Otherwise, you might be charged for the full rate of the session.
