I have enjoyed facilitating a variety of support and therapeutic groups with clients of all ages for over a decade, both in-person and virtually.
Tailored to adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including depression and anxiety, each small gathering of 5 - 8 participants is an encouraging, hope-filled circle to connect with others and work towards your goals. Types of groups offered in 2024:
