Individual Psychotherapy
$200 per session
I accept payment via cash, check, debit or credit card, HSA or FSA card, and other contactless payments the day of each session.
Why Private Pay?
Private pay therapy offers a more intentional, personalized, and confidential space for your work. Without the involvement of insurance companies, therapy can unfold in a way that is guided by your needs rather than external requirements. This means greater privacy, no required diagnosis unless clinically appropriate, and the freedom to engage in therapy at a pace and depth that feels meaningful to you.
I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna insurances, as well as Lyra Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs for psychotherapy services vary based on your individual insurance plan and benefits.
Out-Of-Network (OON)
If I do not accept your insurance, I can assist you by providing documentation required to seek reimbursement (when applicable). Please contact your insurance company to verify if your plan includes reimbursement for out-of-network services (typically PPO plans).
Check out this video to understand more about Out-Of-Network benefits, and what to discuss with your insurance company regarding your coverage: Out of Network Therapist | Superbills and Health Insurance.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you might be charged for the full rate of the session.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. For more information about the Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
