Welcome! I'm so glad you stopped by.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Clinical Supervisor based in Massachusetts, and I’m passionate about supporting people in their journeys of healing, growth, and self-discovery. My private practice is located in Arlington, MA.
My style is eclectic—blending evidence-based methods like ACT, CBT, and DBT-informed skills with warmth, curiosity, and empathy. I strive to create a space that feels safe and attuned—where you can explore your challenges, process experiences, and move toward meaningful change.
I’ve had the privilege of working with clients across the lifespan—from early childhood to adolescence, emerging adulthood, and adulthood—and I approach both therapy and supervision through a social justice lens. My experience includes serving as a program director at a community agency, as well as providing individual, couples, group, and family support.
Clients and colleagues often describe me as having a calming presence and a knack for asking thoughtful, “really good” questions. I bring self-care, curiosity, and authenticity to therapeutic sessions and supervision meetings. The best work happens when we feel grounded, respected, and fully human.
I graduated from the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA, and I continue to be inspired by the courage and insight people bring to the work we do together.
